Las islas de Ibiza y Formentera están situadas en el mar Mediterráneo y ambas forman parte del archipiélago balear. También llamadas Islas Pitiusas, sólo están separadas por 2 millas náuticas (unos 3 km).

Para un día más tranquilo y relajado, hay que tomar sin duda rumbo a Formentera. La primera parada debe ser Es Palmador, un cielo en la tierra. A continuación, se puede fondear en Cala Saona y visitar las fascinantes cuevas naturales que cerca de allí se encuentran, es Caló o es Pujols entre otras playas. También es buena opción bordear La Mola o el faro de Es cap de Barbaria.
Pero es parada obligatoria para aprovechar al máximo el día, una parada en la Playa de Illetes, ya sea para disfrutar de la cocina mediterránea en uno de los chiringuitos que allí se encuentran, o bañarse en sus aguas de colores de ensueño.
